A fully cross-trained team becomes more agile and will operate as a single unit, creating a sense of ownership within the organization.
Measure and monitor every process, implement solutions to shave seconds (if not minutes) for time consuming tasks. Use data, not intuition, to drive efficiency in your kitchen. Working in a restaurant is stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. With the right amount of investment in people and technology, operating a restaurant can be rewarding and profitable.
