Equaslice

Equal Slices Every Time Enables every employee to quickly cut equal pizza slices with our patented Equaslice™ cutting guide. Place over your pie, insert your roller cutter between the grooves and cut. Designed to slice 18” pizzas or smaller.

MID - Interchangeable molds

Interchangeable molds are designed for the Endurance Pro X2M and the automatic Apex Pro X2M dough presses. Molds ensure thickness consistency and a perfectly defined crust. Dual heated platens to decrease your cook time without affecting the dough rise. Easily swap out molds, simply lift molds and drop in your next size from 8” up to 16”. Molds (MID8 - 8”, MID10 - 10”, MID12 - 12”, MID14 - 14”, MID16 - 16”) sold separately. Finish: Aluminium

Dough Storage Tubs

Proof dough with ease with this transparent round dough tub. Dough tubs are perfect for cooling, storing, and transporting pizza and bakery dough. It has a 32oz. capacity, ideal for professional pizzerias and bakeries. These tubs are included with the DC96 dough storage cart.

Mold Platen Rack

Our heavy-duty mold racks will keep your platens within reach in confined spaces. Racks fit molds up to 18 inches in diameter and all Proluxe MI products.

Dough Cart Storage

Load and Go Dough Loading and unloading is fast, easy and practically automatic. Just place your dough balls into the containers then load them in the gravity flow, sequentially feeding, first-in, first-out chutes. Each dough ball is now individually stored and protected against crusting and drying out. The DC96 comes with 96 containers and lids each capable of holding thirty-two ounces of dough.

Easy Dough Press Movement The UT1330 utility cart has been specifically designed for our line of dough presses. It features 26.5" height, pre-drilled mounting holes to bolt your unit down for safety. Easy gliding casters allow you to move the unit for cleaning.
