ALLSPICE
Resembling the collective flavors of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, It’s ultimately used in both savory dishes and desserts, from Jamaican jerk chicken to mulled wine.
CINNAMON
An aromatic spice used in a variety of cuisines, sweet and savory dishes, breakfast, dessert, tea, and traditional foods.
SAGE
