Our warranty is 1-year from the day the machine ships from our factory.
2. What are the warranty service turnaround times?
Our warranty service typically takes from 24-72 hours depending on the location of the restaurant. Rural areas may take a little longer depending on how far the service company is located.
3. Where can I verify warranty on my machine?
By emailing Support@proluxe.com, please provide your serial number in the email and one of our service representatives will be able to assist you.
